|There is a growing embracing of the use of contractions in general writing, such as I've, they're, didn't, etc. These should be limited to quoted speech, and dialog in fiction. In business and marketing they are a no-no. If for no other reason than more authority in your writing, consider using full words: I have, they are, did not. Just be sure you actually know what the full words are!
I should not have to say this but, for those who do not know, the title is deliberately wrong!
